Android 16 is a Android made by Dr. Gero along with Android 17 and Android 18. Android 16 is stronger then Androids 17 and 18 and Piccolo Fused With Kami before the ROSAT, however Android 16 is much weaker then Gohan Post ROSAT, Goku Post ROSAT, Vegeta Post ROSAT 1st and 2nd time, Future Trunks Post ROSAT 1st and 2nd time, Piccolo Post ROSAT,and Semi Perfect Cell. (ROSAT = Room of Spirt and Time).
