Future Trunks is the son of Vegeta and Bulma he comes from a future timeline in which the Androids took over. Trunks comes and warns Goku of the dangers of the powerfull Androids and defeats Mecha-Frieza and King Cold with ease. He can go Super Saiyan and later becomes a Ascended Super Saiyan and a Ultra Super Saiyan.

When Future Trunks was young most of the Z Fighters were already dead. He trained with Future Gohan and was unable to transform into a Super Saiyan. However when he found Gohan dead he transformed into a Super Saiyan, however this power was not enough to defeat the androids. When he traveled back in time to warn Goku and the others about the androids he easily defeated Frieza and King Cold, but was unable to stand up to the present timeline's androids. Future Trunks's strength after entering theHyperbolic Time Chamber twice reached above Piccolo Post Hyperbolic Time Chamber and a Suppressed Perfect Cell, and much stronger then Semi PerfectCell. Trunks also fought on par with the Cell Juniors in the anime like his father Vegeta and Piccolo.
